Class Descriptions

Mind/Body Classes:

Yoga - A variety of styles, including Vinyasa & Anusara-inspired
Acu-Yoga - A gentle yoga style incorporating acu-pressure points - very relaxing
Qi Qong - Gentle movement that works with the meridians
Stretch - A true stretch class - tap into your flexibility!

Core Classes:

Essential Abs - Tone those abs up & integrate stretching
Intro to Pilates - Get right to the basics - good for beginners & intermediates
Pilates - Based on The "T" Method & Pilates Flow (exercises that flow from 1 to the next)

Cardio Classes:

NIA Technique - The original Non Impact Aerobics - a full cardio non-impact workout combining dance and martial arts - FUN and safe!
Cardio Jazz - Tap into that dancer within ! A cardio workout that's sure to get your groove goin' !
Boot Camp - Cardio and muscle BLAST !
Cardio Fit - Fun on the cardio equipment-Walk, run, pedal and ellipt-sure to get your heart rate up
Belly Fit - Work those waistlines with fun groovin' music !

All classes are taught in two levels: Beginning and Intermediate - allowing you to experience your workout within the boundaries of your own experience

Small Group: (FIT BODY members only; min 3 - max 6 people)

Integration Fitness - The hallmark of our program:
15 mins Pilates core and postural warm-up
30 mins on the fitness floor with a personal trainer, then cool down with
15 mins Yoga stretch and balance poses
Fit Body Workout - A full body workout-15 minutes of cardio following by muscle work & stretch
