How do we do that? We complement your lifestyle with activities here at our health club that support your outside pursuits, then add the missing ingredients. Say, you’re a golfer. We’ll design a program that supports and strengthens your swing, including Pilates core training, and add some yoga-based flexibility exercises, or encourage you to take our wide selection of stretch and yoga classes. What if you sit at your desk all day – you’ll be needing cardio, flexibility for those tight quads and hamstrings, and strength training that adds a little more back work to support your torso as you sit. How about balance?! Everyone needs that these days !
