  • We currently only ship within the United States.

  • International shipping, including to Canada and other countries, is not available at this time.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

  • Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping (U.S. Domestic): Orders are generally delivered within 5-10 business days after shipment.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or marked as "delivered" but you have not received it:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building management (e.g., front desk or mailroom).

  2. Contact USPS directly using your tracking number for more details or to submit a missing mail inquiry.

  3. If the package is still not located, please contact us at sales@alphagiftmart.top within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your tracking number

We will assist you in working with the carrier to investigate and provide updates.

Note: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer unless loss is confirmed by the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order.

  • We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
